At XDG we feel that the best way to learn is by doing.  If you become part of this dynamic team, be ready to get your hands dirty.  Depending on the position that you are hired for, you will be paired up with one our senior team members to learn the ins and outs of your new job.  We also encourage you to enroll in the wide variety of educational and training programs that are offered at the local universities, colleges and the OGCA.
