Health and Safety are always front and centre at XDG Construction. Safety is considered even when the project is first evaluated for pricing to ensure adequate protection for all potential workers is on site. That ensures the right equipment and the right men with the right training are on your job which means a safer project that runs more efficiently and without delays.

Safety awareness is ongoing at XDG. Site specific orientations, meaningful tool box talks, regular newsletters, quarterly safety meetings and training through our industry partners keeps everybody focused.

XDG Construction continues to participate in the Grand Valley Construction Association's Safety Group. This networking with our industry peers allows us to gain more specific knowledge by sharing and learning everyone's experiences. The net result is a health and safety program that is continually improving to successfully meet the challenges facing our industry head on.
